Year over Year sales are up for 2011 by about 4.5% and the numbers of new escrow up 17.5%.
The median sales price has declined about 7% falling below $790,000 for the year.
Sales were strong for both the Home and Condo markets. However, declining Median Sales Prices
will continue for the time being.... increased sales but at lower prices.
